I work in an office where I have to service a lot of employees.
We use a program called Prism Deploy, to remotely install most of our software.
A lot of the time, an .exe or .msi will have install switches.
I then make a .bat file to run the .exe with the appropriate silent install switches.
This makes deploying software easier for the company, and the end user.
If there was an option to download an .msi that would be great.1 vote
Problem: Installation on 32 bits Linux computer not possible (no package available)
Solution: Publish a Linux package for 32 bits computers
Context: I need to install OpenStudio on an old computer running Linux. Buying a new computer is unfortunately not an option.. So it would be nice to also have a 32 bits package for the Linux version of OpenStudio.1 vote
Solution: Provide example models with installer

Problem: The "Scan for Tools" feature is confusing, has issues, and is potentially not needed anymore
Rationale: We are now shipping most tools needed for simulation, we should begin shipping radiance and remove the scan for tools functionality
Solution: Remove the "Scan for Tools" feature and package dependencies such as radiance together with OpenStudio
